As the days grew brighter, Stratton House Hotel welcomed the season of new beginnings with fresh menus, exclusive dining offers and joyful spring events. Here’s what guests enjoyed throughout March, April and May 2025.
Spring À La Carte Menu – Launched March 2025
Our Garden Restaurant introduced a vibrant new menu, filled with seasonal flavours and modern British dishes made with the finest ingredients.
Guests began their dining experience with starters such as beetroot cured salmon and beetroot slaw with thyme crackers, while mains included roasted haddock with broad beans, potatoes and chowder sauce, and slow cooked beef served with mash, shaved fennel and aioli.
For dessert? Favourites included rhubarb and custard or the indulgent double chocolate chip cookie with salted caramel ice cream – a sweet finish to a fresh, flavour-packed meal.
Weekend Dining Offer – March to 31st May
To celebrate the season, we offered 15% off Friday and Saturday night dinners for tables of up to six guests. Diners simply used a code when booking to enjoy the best of our spring menu in the relaxed surroundings of our Garden Restaurant.
Wedding Fayre – 13th April
Our Spring Wedding Fayre brought together excited brides-to-be, local suppliers and our experienced team for a fantastic afternoon of inspiration. Guests explored the venue, met local wedding experts and discovered everything Stratton House can offer for their special day.
Easter Egg Hunt – 20th April
Families joined us for a fun-filled morning in our private walled gardens. Children of all ages took part in our annual Easter Egg Hunt, with prizes, laughter and chocolate galore.
