The following are the terms and conditions that apply to the Stratton House Hotel & Spa Prize Draw. 

Eligibility:
1. The Stratton House Hotel & Spa Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to individuals who have signed up to our Food and Drink E-Newsletter via the dedicated competition web page on the Stratton House Hotel & Spa website during the competition entry period and who remain signed up at the time of the draw.
1.1 Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
1.2 Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
1.3 Employees of Stratton House Hotel & Spa, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

Entry Period:
2. Entries are automatically entered into the Prize Draw if they have signed up to the Food and Drink E-Newsletter during the entry period.
2.1 The entry period for the Prize Draw runs from 00:00 on the 28th August 2024 to 23:59 on 30th September 2024.

Prize:
3. The prize for the Prize Draw is a 2-course Sunday Lunch for two people on a Sunday at the Garden Restaurant, Stratton House Hotel & Spa. The prize includes either a starter and main course or a main course and dessert from the Sunday Lunch Menu.
3.1 The Sunday Lunch Menu is only available on Sundays.
3.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services provided by the hotel.
3.3 The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

Prize Draw:
4. The Prize Draw will take place on the 1st October 2024 and the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. 
4.1 The winner will be notified by email within three (3) days of the draw.

Claiming the Prize:
5. The winner must claim their prize within three (3) months of being notified.
5.1 To claim the prize, the winner must pre-book their Sunday Lunch by calling the hotel on 01285 651761 and quoting the winning code provided within the winner’s confirmation email. 
5.2 Failure to claim the prize within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture of the prize.

General:
6. Stratton House Hotel & Spa reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Prize Draw at any time without prior notice.
6.1 By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6.2 The decision of Stratton House Hotel & Spa regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.3 Stratton House Hotel & Spa will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that might occur as a result of participation in the Prize Draw or the acceptance or use of the prize.
6.4 By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to allow Stratton House Hotel & Spa to share their details and the fact that they have won on the hotel’s website and social media channels.

Data Protection:
7. Any personal data collected in connection with the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with Stratton House Hotel & Spa’s privacy policy.
7.1 By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and notifying the winner.

Governing Law:
8. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.1 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
