Hotel facilities were perfect for our overnight stay as once we had checked in; we didn't need to leave the property again until check out time the next day."

"The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming of us and our Fox Red Labrador. The location was perfect, loads of parking and a nice patio at the rear of the hotel, so you could look out over the garden. We ate at the hotel that evening following a walk into town. We ate in the main bar, and the food was simply amazing. The pie was probably the best we've had, as was the Caesar salad."

We loved our weekend here (and so lucky with the beautiful weather!). Reception staff were so friendly and helpful on check in, helping with luggage up to our gorgeous top floor room. View out over the garden and countryside beyond was lovely. We couldn't fault our stay, will definitely be back!

For a romantic break in the countryside, Stratton House Hotel & Spa is definitely the place to be! We loved everything—from the warm and friendly ladies at reception to the maintenance man, everyone truly embodied British hospitality. The spa was a highlight as well: lovely, relaxing, with excellent massages that made our stay even more special. A charming and peaceful escape.

We have stayed at the Stratton House Hotel with our 16 guests for 6 nights and we all had a good time. Clean rooms, friendly service by the breakfast staff and evening staff. A la carte breakfast was delicious. We have had massages with Jessica and Ruby and they were very good. We loved Tatyana at reception who has helped us to make our event successful. James and Andy from reception were also great. Nadja in the restaurant was lovely as were Adrian and Jack. Our guests loved the attention from both of them. We travelled with our dog and everyone in the hotel seemed to love dogs and are so welcoming. Great dog walks around and there are dog biscuits around in the hotel. Free parking is great. "I loved our spa day at Spa in the Garden. The receptionist was so wonderfully welcoming, showed and explained where everything was and had the warmest smile and customer service throughout. Our 2 hour spa was so enjoyable, made even nicer by the sunshine, the 50 min treatment so relaxing and lunch afterwards was so tasty. Plenty of water was available and the robes and towel fluffily sumptuous! Following our lunch, we remained in the garden and enjoyed a hot drink before heading home after a fully enjoyable day had by all. Thank you for making our day so special."
