About Spa in the Garden
Booking
Spa Days and Spa Breaks can be booked via an email booking request here.
For individual treatments you can book online, or call us on 01285 651761 or email spa@strattonhousehotel.com. We will just need your address, telephone number and full payment to confirm your booking.
Please arrive at the Spa reception 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to check-in and start to unwind.
Arriving late means that you will have less time to relax and enjoy your treatment. Treatments must finish on time so that our next guest’s appointment is not delayed.
If you think you might run late to your appointment, then please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can rearrange your treatment times.
If you arrive very late, your treatment may not be able to go ahead and could be cancelled in which case you will still be charged. It is your responsibility to make sure you arrive on time.
Relax and enjoy the Spa facilities for 2 hours (£25 per person) even if you haven’t booked a treatment. Most of our Spa packages include complimentary use of the Spa facilities.
All Spa reservations require full payment upon booking and are non-refundable.
Please provide us with 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule it for a later date.
Please note, we will only allow you to reschedule your appointment with us once before we will take full payment.
If you wish to amend your treatment choice then please provide us with 24 hours notice. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booking.
Our Loyalty Card enables us to reward our regular visitors.
Use the card every time you book a treatment and you will receive a stamp on your card. After 5 stamps you will get a 6th treatment free.

The Spa Experience
Yes lockers will be provided along with towels, robes and flip flops.
A light lunch is served in the Garden restaurant from 12pm – 6pm.
Afternoon Tea is served from 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm in the lounge or garden room.
Food is not permitted in the Spa and you must be fully dressed to enter the lounge and restaurant areas.
Please state any dietary requirements a minimum of 48 hours prior to your booking with us.
Afternoon Tea’s booked less than 24 hours in advance will be provided as a light lunch option.
You can order drinks in the Spa (please bring a valid ID with you for alcohol).
To be considerate to all our guests, please leave your phone or other mobile devices switched off
in your locker, and enjoy some ‘screen-free’ time.
Our treatments and facilities are available to all those aged 18 and over, or over 16’s accompanied by a responsible adult.
Bring your swimsuit to wear while you are enjoying the Spa facilities, and we will provide a cosy robe, flip flops and towel.
If you are only having a treatment, then you will just need to wear your
underwear, or your therapist can provide you with disposable pants.
Treatments
When booking a treatment, you do not automatically get Spa access included.
This is an additional charge and must be booked directly with us. Please email or call us to do this in advance of your treatment.
Many people fall asleep during their treatment, and that is fine. We will carry on with the treatment.
All treatments are designed for men or women. We can also provide couples massages and have a double treatment room for this purpose.
Upon your arrival at the Spa, we will kindly ask you to fill in a confidential health questionnaire.
It is important to make us aware if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or had any recent operations prior to your arrival as we may advise you to seek medical advice before using the Spa facilities.
