From massage to nails and facials to waxing we offer a wide range of beauty and wellbeing treatments.

Our treatment rooms have been beautifully designed to encourage relaxation, so as soon as you step through the door you’ll feel yourself start to unwind.

The food was excellent, I had the mussels followed by the sea bass, which were cooked to perfection. The cheese board had a great selection of local cheeses. The lady on the front spa desk was very friendly and accommodating. The robes were fluffy and flip flops (that you can keep!) much better than slippers. The fact we could choose from the main menu was nice as there was plenty of choice! Our waitress at lunch was lovely and very attentive. The food was delicious! Need Help?

How do I book the spa?

Spa Days and Spa Breaks can be booked via an email booking request here.

For individual treatments you can book online, or call us on 01285 651761 or email spa@strattonhousehotel.com. We will just need your address, telephone number and full payment to confirm your booking.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at the Spa reception 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in and start to unwind.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Arriving late means that you will have less time to relax and enjoy your treatment. Treatments must finish on time so that our next guest’s appointment is not delayed.

If you think you might run late to your appointment, then please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can rearrange your treatment times.

If you arrive very late, your treatment may not be able to go ahead and could be cancelled in which case you will still be charged. It is your responsibility to make sure you arrive on time.

What should I wear in the Spa?

Bring your swimsuit to wear while you are enjoying the spa facilities, and we will provide a cosy robe, flip flops and towels.

If you are only having a treatment, then you will just need to wear your
underwear, or your therapist can provide you with disposable pants.

What is the payment and cancellation policy?

All Spa reservations require full payment upon booking and are non-refundable.

Please provide us with 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule it for a later date.

Please note, we will only allow you to reschedule your appointment with us once before we will take full payment.

If you wish to amend your treatment choice then please provide us with 24 hours notice. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booking.

If I book a treatment can I use the Spa facilities?

When booking a treatment, you do not automatically get Spa access included.

This is an additional extra charge and must be booked directly with us. Please email or call us to book access to the Spa facilities alongside your treatment.
