"Just what we had hoped for! An attractive and comfortable hotel in which we could thoroughly relax. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice.The beds were very comfortable and the superior ground floor room was spacious. The hotel itself was very pleasant and nicely decorated, and the walled garden was lovely to look out upon . The hotel was easily accessible from the town but was also in a quiet area . The staff made us feel very welcome and helped us to enjoy our stay in this comfortable hotel.(And the two dogs)."

"Clean cosy comfort , lovely staff and great food too highly recommended. Our room was warm and cosy . Big comfy bed great pillows . Super fresh and crisp white bedding . Two comfy armchairs .the shower was lovely and warm and powerful , great Fluffy towels . It was quiet at night ,we slept really well."

"Exceptional and again at any time! Incredibly friendly staff who always looked after our well-being. Beautiful rooms, large, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom great and high quality. Dinner very luxurious, breakfast first class - great additions to the continental breakfast to order, e.g. salmon & egg, vegetarian English breakfast, porridge, avocado toast etc... we would come back at any time! Beautiful location in the Cotswolds"

"Stratton House Hotel & Spa is a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Cirencester, not too far from Stroud. We stayed with our 2 Labradors for one night. The team were professional, friendly and proactive. The staff seemed happy to go out of their way to make our visit special, but I don't think that was unusual for them, it just seemed their default! We had a very nice breakfast sat in the garden, which is lovely. Again, the service was excellent! I would love to have an excuse to come back."

"A charming hotel with amazing Spa and very friendly staff. The room was cozy, very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The staff at the reception as well as in the restaurant were very hospitable and helpful with their tips. The breakfast was very tasty, especially the cooked variant. The hotel has a nice restaurant with a terrace and the view of the garden, the lounge room downstairs was also a nice alternative to sitting in the room. The highlight of our stay was the hotel's spa, a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere!."

"This was one of the best stays me and my boyfriend have had. The staff was so helpful and lovely they even gave us a free upgrade which we really appreciated. The location was amazing. The spa was such a treat followed by amazing massages. Will definitely be back thank you"

"I would definitely recommend Stratton House Hotel. I was relieved to find that there was indeed ample parking, with generously sized parking bays. The staff were friendly accommodating. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was decent with ample continental viands and a hot option, too. The setting was relaxing with lovely landscape gardens. "

"The staff knew my name…. that says it all The staff are exceptional. The menu is a little unusual...but that's a matter of individual guest's taste. Excellent breakfast. Nothing that the management or staff could change.....but guests coming down to breakfast in pyjamas wasn't great! It only happened once. "
