Our standard double bedrooms are perfect for couples or single travellers wanting a comfortable base from which to unwind during their Cotswold stay.  

Our elegant Georgian building means that every one of our rooms are individual. Each one stylishly decorated, many with original features, but all including the little touches and modern conveniences you would expect.

Our Garden Restaurant can get busy and so if you would like to dine with us we recommend you make a reservation in advance of your stay.  

Spa access and treatments are available at an additional charge and can be booked here.

There is an additional charge each night of £20 per night for bringing your pet.

"Just what we had hoped for! An attractive and comfortable hotel in which we could thoroughly relax. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice.The beds were very comfortable and the superior ground floor room was spacious. The hotel itself was very pleasant and nicely decorated, and the walled garden was lovely to look out upon . The hotel was easily accessible from the town but was also in a quiet area . The staff made us feel very welcome and helped us to enjoy our stay in this comfortable hotel.(And the two dogs). "

"Lovely break away at this friendly hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean. Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and there was a good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. One evening we had the chateaubriand which was delicious and very reasonably priced. We also visited the spa on our last day. The staff at the spa were lovely as were the treatments. We had the afternoon tea to finish off our afternoon. The hotel was in a good position for many places to visit in the Cotswolds. We would definitely return."

"Wonderful Stay. Breakfast was incredible, the staff were super friendly and helpful with my intolerances. The hotel is decorated very nicely with plenty of little corners to tuck yourself away into for a quiet chat, games or people watching. The room was really comfy, the bed super luxurious and the biscuits were refreshed daily 😉."

"A charming hotel with amazing Spa and very friendly staff. The room was cozy, very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The staff at the reception as well as in the restaurant were very hospitable and helpful with their tips. The breakfast was very tasty, especially the cooked variant. The hotel has a nice restaurant with a terrace and the view of the garden, the lounge room downstairs was also a nice alternative to sitting in the room. The highlight of our stay was the hotel's spa, a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere!"

"This was one of the best stays me and my boyfriend have had. The staff was so helpful and lovely they even gave us a free upgrade which we really appreciated. The location was amazing. The spa was such a treat followed by amazing massages. Will definitely be back thank you."

"I would definitely recommend Stratton House Hotel. I was relieved to find that there was indeed ample parking, with generously sized parking bays. The staff were friendly accommodating. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was decent with ample continental viands and a hot option, too. The setting was relaxing with lovely landscape gardens."
