By joining the Sunday Roast Club at Stratton House Hotel, members agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership

• Membership to the Sunday Roast Club is free and available to guests aged 18 years or over.
• Members must sign up via the official form on our website or through an authorised sign-up form at Stratton House Hotel.
• Only one membership per person is permitted.

Loyalty Stamp Card

• Loyalty cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.
• Stamps are awarded for the purchase of a qualifying Sunday roast meal.
• Complimentary items (e.g. dessert, starter, drink) or free roasts are redeemable on the next visit only.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced or reissued.
• Photocopies or reproductions of cards are not valid.

Offers & Rewards

• All offers are valid only for Sunday Roast Club members who have signed up via the official channels.
• Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, amended, or substituted at any time without prior notice.
• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, or package unless otherwise stated.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse redemption where misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Specific Offer Conditions

• Complimentary items (dessert, starter, or drink) apply per paying adult roast meal.
• Kids Eat Free is valid for one child’s roast per two paying adults.
• Bring a Friend for Half Price applies to the lower-priced roast meal.
• Seasonal or one-off promotions may carry their own additional terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

General

• Stratton House Hotel reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
• The hotel’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Sunday Roast Club.
• Participation in the Sunday Roast Club constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
