Registered venue for Civil Marriage Ceremonies
At Stratton House you can you can exchange vows within our tranquil walled garden or inside the elegant Stratton Suite, as both are licensed for civil ceremonies for 2-100 guests.
Gloucestershire Registration Services will conduct your ceremony on the day and you will need to get in touch with them in advance to book your registrar. They can be contacted on 01452 425060 or by visiting their website.

The Stratton Suite
The Stratton Suite is a beautifully versatile space that transforms effortlessly throughout your day. Filled with soft light and styled in elegant neutral tones, it creates a romantic backdrop for your ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening celebration.
The suite can be divided for smaller gatherings or opened fully to welcome up to 100 guests during the day and 120 for your evening reception. With its own private bar and dancefloor to carry you through, the space feels warm, welcoming and perfectly suited to a celebration that flows from one moment to the next.

Yes you can. We have two licensed spaces here at the hotel, our Stratton Suite & The Lawn both suitable for between 2 and 100 guests.
Our motto is, your day, your way. Therefore, you choose what you’d like to take place where, we can hold any part of your special day with us, whether this is your ceremony, wedding breakfast, evening reception or everything, all in one place.
With us being your witnesses, the smallest wedding can be 2 people. The largest wedding we can hold would be for up to 100 guests during the day and 120 for the evening.
Yes all of our weddings are tailored to your individual needs – our Wedding Co-ordinator Hallie would work with you to create a bespoke wedding package just for you and your partner.
Yes. We are a pet friendly hotel and this extends to our Stratton Suite so your furry family can be involved in your special day.
Yes we can offer exclusive use of the whole hotel, gardens, bedrooms and Spa for you and your wedding party.
